Before starting a project, DevlureTech and the client may agree upon the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, revisions, and other project requirements.

Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may result in additional charges.

Changes to project requirements after work has started may also affect the estimated timeline and project cost.

Any quotation, estimate, or proposal provided by DevlureTech is based on the information and requirements available at the time it is prepared.

The final cost may change if:

  • The project scope changes

  • Additional features or functionality are requested

  • Premium themes

  • Premium plugins

  • Shopify apps

  • Software licenses

  • Stock images, videos, or other assets

  • External APIs and services

7. Project Timelines and Delays

Delays may occur when the client does not provide required information, including:

  • Content

  • Images

  • Product information

  • Login credentials

  • Access to third-party platforms

  • Feedback

  • Approvals

  • Design materials

Client-related delays may result in an extension of the estimated project timeline.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software providers, APIs, technical outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope of work.

Requests for additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Once a deliverable, milestone, design, or project has been approved by the client, further changes may be treated as additional work.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, materials, and access required to complete the project.

The client must ensure that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content, images, logos, trademarks, fonts, videos, or other materials provided to DevlureTech.

DevlureTech is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

10. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party platforms, applications, plugins, themes, hosting providers, APIs, payment processors, or other external services.

DevlureTech does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, security, policies, or continued functionality.

Changes, updates, outages, restrictions, or discontinuation of third-party services may affect a project and may require additional work or costs.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DevlureTech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, development methods, processes, templates, and reusable components.

Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred according to the terms agreed for that project.

Third-party themes, plugins, applications, fonts, images, stock assets, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

12. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DevlureTech may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, proposals, and other promotional materials.

If a client requires a project to remain confidential or does not want it to be publicly displayed, the client should communicate this requirement to DevlureTech and obtain written confirmation.
